1. School must be approved by the NC Approving Agency, no exceptions.
2. Only covers tuition and required fees.
3. ALL ARNG SOLDIERS MUST APPLY FOR FTA FIRST IN ORDER FOR THEIR NCTAP APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED.
4. Soldiers and Airmen must have at least 2 years remaining on their contract to their respective service in order to qualify.
5. Completed applications must be submitted to the Education Office in Raleigh no later than 20 days prior to the start date of classes.
6. NCTAP Applications are submitted online  through www.cfnc.org
