Want the Guard involved in your community event?
Follow the links below to the appropriate form, fill it out, and fax it to 919-664-6001 (at prompt, enter 17301#), attention Community Relations, or email it to pao@ng.army.mil, and put “Community Relations” in the subject line.

NOTE: All requests must submitted no less than 30 days prior to event.

• For non-aviation events such as parades, static displays, etc., use the form DD2536.
• For aviation events such as flyovers, use form DD2535.

You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to display each of these forms.

NOTE:  Keep in mind that not all events are eligible for Guard support.  In addition, personnel and equipment may not be available on the date of your event.

Need an official photo?
You can schedule your official photo session by accessing the Visual Information Ordering System, or VIOS, online and inputting your request.  The address is https://www.vios-akoeast.army.mil.  You will need your Army Knowledge Online (AKO) password and login.  If you don’t have an AKO account, please visit http://www.us.army.mil.  If you have trouble using the online tool, please call us at 919-664-6242.
